This is a beautiful place to stay with great amenities! It is in a great location that is walkable to several restaurants in the area. Patrick and Danielle are very responsive and helpful.

Patrick was flexible with our arrival. We were greated with snacks, mints, coffee and creamers, toothbrushes and toothpaste and even a shower poof. The location was perfect for our trip to the Big E. We made dinner and the kitchen met our needs. Nice linens and towels. Great living room space. Will plan to stay for our annual trip next year!!!

We came to town for a wedding and needed a space large enough for a big family, so the four spacious bedrooms were a perfect fit! We enjoyed our morning coffee every morning on the spacious balcony and the firehouse across the street was a fun touch (especially if you have kids!) The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and questions. Recommend The Depot at Graham Central for kids for a good breakfast and play area/train ride while you’re in town! Highly recommend!

A lovely, clean, spacious and cozy apartment. We had to leave early because our flight was brought forward. The hosts were considerate of us and refunded our payment even though they didn't owe it. There was an immediate, good and respectful response.

Patrick was a great host. He was always very responsive and immediate whenever we had any questions or needed something. The home was in good condition, clean, and we stayed with no complaints. It was spacious for a large group, and overall a great experience.

My family had a great stay. The house was well stocked and the place was clean, with plenty of space for my family of 5.
We were there when it was extremely hot. The window ACs were able to keep up with the heat once they caught up with the temperature after we got there.
The location was convenient for the family for that we were visiting. The road is a little busy but not bad at all since there is a private driveway.
My family will be looking to stay here again when we are in the area.

Really nice hosts! The house has a lot of extra touches that no other Airbnb has had. like toothbrushes and toothpaste in both bathrooms, towels and loofahs on each bed, seasoning!(which no house ever has), and a stocked up k-cup coffee maker, and a sound machine in each room which I travel with so I had my own, but I love to see it. I would definitely stay here again.

Patrick's home was perfect for a group of 3 families. Each room is extremely spacious allowing the parents with young kiddos to have plenty of space for pack and plays as well as luggage, etc. Having air conditioners in each room was also so critical to the hot hot weekend we had. We are so grateful we stayed at Patrick's home for the wedding weekend we were attending instead of the hotel. The living areas were well designed and spacious, allowing everybody to have room to move around, find somewhere to sit and eat, etc. We even walked to a ice cream spot right down the street! If you are looking for a spot in Springfield, Patrick's place is it!
